Did the cryo for the 1st time. Kat welcomed me in and showed me what I needed to do. She was very friendly. Claire explained all the benefits after the treatment in great detail. Booked my 2nd treatment. Can’t wait
First time having this treatment, the lady explained everything. Myself and a friend were able to be in the room together whilst one of us went in the chamber. This really helped to distract me and the 4 minutes flew by. The first 60 seconds were the hardest but then the machine goes in stages and the fan blast slows down. Felt refreshed afterwards will be interesting to see how I sleep tonight and how my aches and pains improve. Will definitely try another session.
I was feeling a little apprehensive before I went and the lady made me feel very relaxed and stayed with me to distract me for the 4 minutes. It actually went really quick and wasn’t as bad as I thought. I’ll be returning next week for my next session.

Had my first Cryotherapy today, i felt invigorated and refreshed straight away and whole lot better in myself. The staff were very informative and friendly and put me at ease i was a little nervous at first. I highly recommend Cryo Lyf and looking forward to my future sessions going forward. Thank you 😊
