My brother boxes here and I also attend a few morning gym sessions during the week. We both absolutely love coming to the gym. The staff are welcoming, supporting, very understanding of my current limited strengths and work closely with me to improve on them weaknesses. There's an impressive range of different equipment available in the gym, alongside a wide variety of classes and sessions to choose from. Would highly reccomend this gym to anyone for rehabilitation purposes/strength training and general fitness improvement.
Amazing place to train! 🤩 There is something for everyone, whether you enjoy a bit of boxing, circuit classes or strength training. The choice is yours depending on what you’re wanting to achieve or how you’re feeling, you could do all 3 😁💪🏻 Both Darren and Mary are very knowledgeable and are always there to help you and share their expertise with you. They will ensure you are doing the exercises correctly and are there to spot you to enable you to achieve that little bit more when training. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the gym and everyone is so supportive, it gives you that little bit more encouragement when you need it the most. I would definitely recommend Wath Fitness Hub whether you’re starting out as a beginner or being going to the gym a while. You definitely won’t regret it!! 😁
Having been a member of Wath Health and Fitness Hub since September 2023, I can attest to the incredible impact this gym has had on my fitness journey. In just the first three months of joining, I managed to shed an impressive one stone – a testament to the effectiveness of their programs and classes. What truly sets Wath Health and Fitness Hub apart is the diverse range of classes they offer. Whether you're interested in boxing for fitness and technique or prefer the intensity of circuit cardio, there's something to suit every preference and fitness level. Personally, I found the boxing classes to be both invigorating and effective, helping me achieve my weight loss goals while also improving my overall fitness and technique. Beyond the classes themselves, the staff at Wath Health and Fitness Hub are exceptional. Their dedication, knowledge, and support have been instrumental in keeping me motivated and on track. Additionally, the sense of community among members is palpable – it truly feels like a second home where everyone is supportive and friendly. If there's one downside, it's the limitation of time. With such a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of classes to choose from, I often find myself wishing I could spend more time at the gym. However, despite this constraint, Wath Health and Fitness Hub remains the cornerstone of my fitness routine, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to embark on their own fitness journey.
I can't give enough credit to this gym, you have to experience it to believe it and I guarantee you'll be addicted after the trial sesh!! 😊 You would've never caught me in a gym as I loved the outdoors but this one is definitely something else! Wonderful team that are highly knowledgeable, very supportive, friendly and they provide incredible workouts within a homely atmosphere. Sounds crazy?? It is but this is exactly what makes this place great! 😁 I'm physically fitter and stronger than I've ever been and although there's still a way to go, I feel like I've excelled in my personal goals and anyone else can too! 😁 More importantly is how it helps my mental fitness.......I am a very resilient person but exercising really contributes to this! I would absolutely 💯 recommend everyone try this family gym as you won't be disappointed and as most people who know me, I talk about it all the time!! 😄 Amazing place to be!! Xx
I have never been a gym person, but I absolutely love Wath Health and Fitness. I have always been slim but was unfit, I am now feeling much less lethargic and so much healthier. All thanks to the amazing staff that not only provide enjoyable classes but also nutrition advice to keep me fit and healthy. It is a super friendly environment where the staff and fellow members make everyone feel welcome. I cannot recommend enough to anyone who wants to lose weight, tone, increase fitness or just come for a laugh. This family run gym really has it all.
