I’ve attended a couple of 1-1 sessions and the group gentle yoga class with Holly on Wednesdays and I really enjoyed it. As someone who’s played sport for years, and now sat at a desk all day, I struggle with aches and tightness in my lower back and hips, so I try to keep on top of my flexibility and mobility through yoga to prevent it flaring up. I’ve loved the classes and found them relaxing and noticed a difference in my lower back, hips, hamstrings and shoulders... it's helped me improve in areas I didn't even know when tight. The classes have also been great for helping with my mind and headspace switch off after a long day at work too. Holly offered different variations and support throughout so that nobody felt left out or out of their depth. As a newbie who struggles with mobility and dedicating the time to my aches and pains, I would highly recommend anyone to give it a go and I'm sure you'll love it and feel the benefits too!

Holly is a fantastic yoga teacher who offers a variety of classes to suit everybody! She always checks in to see if anyone has any niggles or concerns before we start and helps to focus on these in class. Her calming, soothing voice instantly relaxes me, and I always leave her classes feeling lighter. I’ve attended many of the events she has hosted and have thoroughly enjoyed every one of them. Having tried numerous yoga classes in the past, Holly’s are the first that I’ve stayed consistent with. Her classes feel accessible, welcoming, and truly enjoyable ✨🤩🌞

I thoroughly enjoy my yoga sessions with Holly. I have tried yoga before a few times but never felt so relaxed and comfortable than I do after Holly's sessions. I struggle with back pain and sciatica and can honestly say I have noticed a massive difference in myself. Thank you Holly for making me feel so welcome. Looking forward to my next session.

I first decided to try yoga as a gentle way to introduce exercise following two hip replacement operations last year. I was struggling with lack of flexibility and balance so I decided to give it a try. I've been going to Holly's Chair Yoga class since April and my strength and balance has improved massively. As an added bonus, it calms the mind and brings a sense of peace and relaxation which I love. Before, I weren't even aware that there was such a thing as Chair Yoga. As a teacher, Holly is clearly passionate about what she does and makes yoga accessible for everyone.

Holly is superb! She is kind, friendly, knowledgable and passionate about wellbeing through movement and the importance of mindfulness. She has the most soothing voice for her mediation classes and I can really slow and down and relax (which is rare!) I love all of Holly's classes and recommend her services. 🧘🏻‍♀️💫🥰
