Wath Wood

Lovely for a quick 30min dog walk. Lots of natural 'ramps' so would be fun on mountain bikes, there were a few kids here enjoying riding. Some tree swings set up too.

I have been visiting here since I was a child. Me and my brothers and I spent many hours playing hide and seek and being kids climbing trees. It was one of our favourite places to play as kids. Nice walk, and it is a good place to just enjoy the day and relax. It's light and cool during the day and very enjoyable for walking in.

It's a pleasant woodland with plenty of paths so you can vary your walking route.

Great place to walk your dog. Not much sludge on the paths, and there is a waste bin for dog poo. So please clean up after your dog
