From start to finish, our experience was absolutely incredible. My wife and I felt truly special throughout our stay. We began with the thermal suite, which featured a soothing sauna, refreshing steam room, and an invigorating rainfall shower—such a perfect way to prepare for our treatments. The massages were pure bliss, especially on the heated beds that added an extra layer of comfort. The therapists were exceptional—professional, attentive, and wonderfully friendly. To top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious lunch in the beautiful Garden Room, the perfect ending to a perfect day. We couldn’t have asked for more!

We’ve just come back from the loveliest day at the spa! I would 100% recommend this beautiful place to everyone I know. The warm welcome we received was such a change from other spa experiences I’ve had, nothing was too big an ask and we were made to feel really special all day. 🥰 the treatments were incredible, and the thermal experience was a dream, but what really made this place so lovely was the staff! Keep doing what you’re doing, I will definitely be back again and again! 💖

Can never fault this place. The staff, the ambience, the comfy massage beds and warm welcoming atmosphere instantly relaxes you. The rooms are lovely, just the right noise level in terms of music, nice and dark, comfy warm beds and very knowledgeable staff who genuinely care and go above and beyond. Thank you for such a lovely treatment (one of many I’ve had here!) can’t wait for my next one xx

I had a Signature Japanese Head Spa with Alex. It was really relaxing. The water added to the relaxation and my hair was so soft afterwards. Alex was really lovely. It's the best head massage and facial I've had. All of the staff I saw were really friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be rebooking.

What a wonderful experience tonight. I opted for a deep tissue massage with Alex, and from the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and grounded. She took the time to explain the treatment and ensured I felt safe and comfortable throughout. Alex was absolutely brilliant , her intuitive touch worked through all my knots and areas of tension with such skill and care. She struck the perfect balance between therapeutic pressure and nurturing presence, and I left feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored. Thank you, Alex , keep being brilliant.
