This is really two car parks - the inner gated car park is for the Heritage Centre and the outer one is better for Elsecar Park and walking trails. Both are free. There are no facilities, although the Heritage Centre and pub round the corner are available. Take care crossing the road to Elsecar Park or when driving out as it’s a 60mph road until you reach the village itself.
Plenty of parking available, can get busy at times, near enough always 1 charging spot available - Just be mindful of the entry and exit points on the way in and out as they could be made larger.
2 car parks, 1 exit, watch out for the people who don't do signs and try to get in at the exit, they can be a pest. I mean, really?
