Only popped in to grab a coffee in the middle of a long drive. Coffee was ok and consistent with the chain. Service was fast and the long queues are seen to at a decent speed.

There was a queue but the wait wasn't too long less than 10 min, Asian member of staff stood and failed to serve me when I was stood at the counter so I had to call over another member of staff who then served me. Food wasn't as fresh as I would've liked as its nicer warm but its luck of the draw with this at moat Greggs stores.

Absolute let down.. .......... both outlets are unable to provide hot/warm produce and find yourself queuing out the door for 10 minutes in the faint hope it can be heated in a microwave to be disappointed at the front of the queue.. save your money 💰

I often stop at Wetherby services. This Greggs used to be poor but is getting better. Wait times can be long ( it’s popular), but the staff have been much better lately. Kudus to the new trainee who served me, uber polite and welcoming ( I didn’t get his name). Not sure how I can rate a Greggs on its atmosphere (😀), but improving.

Both the condiment and floor dirty, rewards scanner not working so rewards added Only got a coffee so unsure how the food was Was here a few months ago was not this bad then
