I had witnessed a volunteer mistreat another volunteer on the saturday xmas market day, i remember how miserable that one volunteer made it feel and still does as she was staff, now a volunteer. How shameful to bully another right infront of customers. Love the pink haired lady. Her vibe is amazing where as the miserable one who thinks she's boss should get told. Lady in the head scarf has really changed the shops environment, her customer service is brilliant. I give 5 stars for overall experience, yet that one volunteer needs words. Keep up the great work.

5 stars for the staff that actually greet you and have great customer service, some don't smile and aggressively serve you. I've witnessed a volunteer talk horribly to another. It's not nice. Plus things said by volunteers can come across wrong as such things shouldn't be said in public. Overall shop is lovely and tidy. Windows always look amazing. Shop has improved a lot.

Great place for bargains, since having the refurb, looks brighter and well presented. Wonderful place to work at. I really hope everyone loves the new look and staff. We really do try our best and hope everyone had a lovely shopping experience.

Would it really hurt for members of staff to say thank you when people are donating items! This has always been a bug bear with me. Horrible atmosphere in this shop, it's dark and cluttered. I only continue to donate here for my own convenience!

Prices not clearly marked, didnt know who worked behind the till as there was a scrawny looking chav and his mate hanging around. Joke of a charity shop.
