Ordered some gravel Friday delivered Monday 0830 am and wow , Steve put gravel exactly where we wanted it and let me cut the bottom of bag and he spread it about which saved a lot of shovelling, thanks STEVE exceptional service MKM

Branch director Tom is absolutely brilliant, very professional, always helpful and happy to chat. The whole team behind the counter are great, the lads in the stores outside are very attentive, eager to help and a good laugh. I've had many dealings over the years with MKM Withernsea branch and I'm always pleased with the quality of service I receive. In my opinion and experience, whether you're building a new house or putting up shelves, for materials and service they're the place to visit.

Ordered gravel to be delivered this morning now 11.20am no delivery Rang branch to get an eta to be told oh we have had problems it will be this afternoon When I asked if it would of been good to ring customer and explain this was just told well I can cancel it for you Shocking service

Tom’s customer service is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for him. It’s a pleasure going into the Withernsea branch as all the staff are friendly and offer the same high standard of help and advice whether the job is big or small.
