Had a parcel redirected to collect from this store. Had the email to say my parcel was ready collect on the 05/09/22. Went to collect on the 06/09/22 and 07/09/22 said it was not there. Absolutely shocking customer service. From my experience and other reviews they are clearly lying and taking the parcels for themselves.

This as happened to me on more than one occasion, I mainly use shop to collect parcels. I received notification that my parcel was available for collection I call into shop and once again when shop is busy somehow makes my parcels disappear even when showed tracking still claim its isn't there, this is not the first time this as happen but will be the last won't be using them to collect parcels again. If you can't cope then get more staff not like you aren't benefiting from been a parcel shop so do the job.

Selling vodka priced marked at £20.99 twice the price and cans of cola at £3.30 stay away.

Used lots of parcel pick up shops,first time I use this one parcels gone missing..never again
