Argos used to be a shop where you could walk in and buy what you needed and take the product home the same day with no problem. Not anymore they don't have a lot of things in stock anymore there is no catalogue anymore and no jewellery counter you are expected to order online and pay for delivery when you don't need to when you have your own transport to collect. I won't use argos no more very disappointed.

Shocking customer service. Bought a laptop for my partners daughter but unformtunately she thought it was too small. Tried to return today but said as the seal had been broken, that a refund could not be issued.(despite the laptop not ever having even been powered up.) This is a blatent lie. Have had to deal with online customer service and a courier has now been arranged for collection of the laptop at Argos's expense. Customer service was rude and dismissive and suggested that better research should have been made prior to the purchase being made. Better training at that branch is definitely required if anyone from management bothers to read this!!!

Try to keep this short , here goes . Reserved online for fast collection no! No one on the tills waited 6 minutes for someone come take my money , no please no thank you, then waiting to collect my item there were 2 other customer waiting and the arrogant staff member shouted can you all come for forward so I can see your ticket numbers very unprofessional he was , he experience shocking , will think again about using you and being a manager myself I would be horrified at this level of service.
