Dunelm

Needed a bulb for a light I bought last year I had no idea what to get the lady in store was extremely helpful and ensured I got the right product. I was also doing a pick up: this went well and the lady who got my breakfast chair insisted she was taking to my car: I really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. The staff in this store are brilliant and understand what customer service with a smile and a bit of banter is all about.🥰🥰

Decent selection of home furnishings. Prices on quite a few items are higher than at other stores for the exact same product. Car park and store are disability and wheel chair friendly

Customer service failed today. Cashier "forgot " to offer electronic receipts which is always my choice as I cannot lose them. No apology didn't seem bothered. Able to name cashier if requested.

Cannot praise the staff enough at Dunhelm Barnsley. Visited with my mother who is in a wheelchair staff were so kind and helpful nothing too much trouble and was helped back to the car with purchases

Every time we decided on decorating our house we go first to Dunelm for good quality bedding, curtains, towels,cushions and anything else we need for the house to look lovely. The staff it is very friendly and helpful.
