The service at this store is better than Harvey Nichols!! All the staff first and foremost are incredible individuals. They are happy to always go above and way beyond expectations, if it is humanly possible they do it. We have been going to Cortonwood store for many years and always had kindness and genuine care. Shopping is a two way interaction. We always walk out with a smile, not because of our purchases even though they are lovely but because of the team and how they make us feel. Special mention to Tracy *management, who is a truly wonderful lady. I had a problem locating some boots, Cortonwood had them but they were too small. Tracy rang other stores and located me a pair and not only that but rang me several times updating me on the progress. That is exceptional in anyone's language. Hands down this store is special and that is down to the team. Huge and most sincere thanks to all of you.

Go with my wife as she always finds an excuse to go in. We guarantee to walk out with juicy couture. She's a very big fan of Juicy products. Very good prices. Never a queue when we go. Staff are always polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

Anita Thorpe Just been in and followed by a member of staff everywhere I went . No I wasn't imaging it even my husband who notices nothing was stunned by it . I get it's shoplifting season but if you're going to shadow someone make it less obvious . I'm so angry, I was going to leave the trolley and go but my husband went and paid for it . Regular customers with a reward card and spent £57 but I won't shop there again .

Always worth calling in when looking for a bargain. Good selection of clothes and householders goods. Looking for jeans today loads to pick from Ben Sherman £30 good price.
