The staff here are amazing! We got in after half an hour and the bar staff were all smiles, my girlfriend had a little too much and was brought out by the door staff, she got sat on a bench and given water and a sick bag and the welfare team were so lovely and even helped us get food and onto the uni bus … don’t believe what you read here SALVOS IS AMAZING
I was having a great night out in york until I came here. The bouncers attitudes were awful. They left me sat outside and told me to find my own way home as apparently I was too drunk. The welfare staff outside were lovely. Bouncer sort yourself out
everything you read online is so far from the truth, the staff in this place care so much and you can see it by the way they look after their customers, the bar staff are little sweethearts and the doorman are the nicest people you will meet! Love them
Salvos has recently undergone changes and the new door team and venue itself is much better, they have welfare seats for anyone waiting for friends where they can get water, charge their phone and take advantage of heat packs, they regularly do welfare checks and do not leave anyone by themselves without a safe way to get home or friends to help! The club has had some new renovations which look amazing and all the staff are friendly and helpful
My Daugher attended this Nightclub for the first time this month, she is a fresher at York Uni, she was a little anxious over all the talk about spikings, but she said the staff and bouncers were amazing all the drinks had covers and everyone was encouraged to look after each other, the whole atmosphere was very supportive and lots of fun she was there till very late. I don’t know this club but I can pass on my thanks to the management for how they have made everyone feel welcome and safe this week
