very disappointing- came to the drive thru from the other side of York, spent £56 on the meal for the family as it was a Christmas treat, only to get home and no gravy- too far to go back so made do. Staff need to check things better as this was part of their Christmas Box and the gravy is the best part of the meal as most people would agree. Won’t be doing this again, that is for sure.
The KFC at Clifton Moor is a solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal. Service is usually fast, and the food is consistently fresh and hot. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. Drive-thru can get busy during peak times, but overall it’s reliable for classic KFC favorites.
This place has actually put me off KFC for life! Soggy oily Luke warm chicken. Binned the majority of my meal, as it was inedible and still feeling sick now. Definitely will not be coming back. Wish I had taken a picture of it now.
Ordered a zinger tower burger meal only to come home and find that they've given me a basic classic burger. I’ve been charged for more expensive meal option and I am really annoyed. Why do I have to check everything when I'm in the middle of driving? I am so frustrated that nothing can be done about it now that I'm home. I called their number only for it to ring out so I'm now stuck with something I didn't pay for. Isn't that miselling an item?
Great service. Special credit to a lady that helped my pregnant wife with her order. Saved the day :-) . Food was fresh and tasty. The fries were delicious and the chicken did not dissapoint.
