<p>An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join my client's team in their York office.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5+ years' post-qualification experience in commercial property matters.</p> <p><strong>The successful candidate will have experience in:</strong></p> <p>• Working within a busy Commercial Property department </p> <p>• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions </p> <p>• Building strong client relationships and understanding clients' business objectives </p> <p>• Managing their own caseload with appropriate support and supervision </p> <p>• Delivering high levels of client care and professional service </p> <p>You will join a busy and experienced team, working on a varied caseload and benefiting from direct client contact.
