Co-op Food - York - Paragon Street

Good location next to the Barbican. Managed to pick up some much needed sustenance after a long morning exploring York and watching snooker in the afternoon.

Perfect little store, staff very friendly, always goy great deals and reductions are brilliant, will definitely be here again 😀

Nice little convenience shop for people in the local area. We stayed at the flats above and was great place to get a cheap tea. Wide selection of chilled and frozen stuff. Only small selection of fresh fruit and veg. No parking at the shop but there is parking around the corner.

Says it's open until 10 but was closed at 20:30. No notice on the door or any information online to say why. Also not in a nice area, was intimidated outside whilst taking this photo by two men.

This Co op is an actual joke. We just left because we were trying to get into a fridge that 2 members of staff were stood in front of , they just stared at us and kept yammering on and still stood there with there phones out then proceed to ignore us further. So we just left. We were clearly trying to get to the fridge. Honestly zero customer service and acknowledgement of customers. Blonde woman in black and another lass. You are aware you have customers right?
