The girls and original staff are lovely in here always so helpful but the employment of their new employee has ruined the shop. I avoided Sainsbury's due to this man due to his slow service, innapropriate comments, the need to tell everyone your full name off your bank card or to tell the whole shop each item he was scanning out of your basket. I went in recently and there was a que of 10 people with very angry faces... I just wonder how many customers you have lost which is a shame!

11/6/2025 went too the shop this morning was served by the manager lovely lady she always asks about my son. She's a very smiley person always happy.

Nice little shop with friendly staff. On a hot, muggy day the air conditioning was amazing

Went to collect a parcel from here. Showed the grumpy man behind the counter my email with my full name, barcode and Amazon clearly marked on it. He then spent an age looking through lots of packages and couldn't find it. I then informed him that he would probably be looking for a box and there was a code number on the email if it helps and he grumpily replied "code numbers are no good to me mate". When he did eventually find it he exclaimed "oh Amazon, you said Yodel". I said I didn't say anything and that it literally says Amazon at the top of the barcode. A young lady ahead of me was waiting ages for him to find her parcel and she eventually gave up waiting, exasperated, and told him she'd come back later. The old guy serving was very rude and gave me the impression that he was drunk. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't but I will say it wasn't a pleasant experience for sure.

Bought 1 pint of milk got home and discovered it was off and it was still in date by 4 days took it back for exchange and all the milk was off staff can’t do their checks properly obviously
