Ordered a sofa here last weekend, the staff member we had was absolutely amazing and she answered every single question we could of asked and more. We left with a new sofa, new footstool to match and didn't feel pressured while in the store. Plenty of stock to choose from, absolutely something in here for everyone. Will be recommending to family and friends going forward.

Drove through here today in plan to buy a sofa and some furniture. Had a warm welcome by a lovely chap who offered us a hot drink on arrival, which was perfect as winter is upon us! He then left us which I thought was good, giving us a chance to have a browse before trying to push a sale on. After we requested his assistance to purchase some furniture, he was helpful and attentive, absolute patience of a saint. We left not feeling rushed, completely satisfied and happy with my purchase. Will definitely go back and see that chap again - Top bloke Andy/Andi was his name Thanks again :)

I was interested in looking at the reviews after my experience with this store. I spoke to the infamous Craig, who introduced himself as the manager, just a few hours ago about a minor issue. His people skills and inability to manage shone through, as he failed to smooth over a complaint and retain a customer. My experience on the whole was very good and Emilie is definitely an asset to the company. Craig however could prove costly.

Emily has fantastic, very polite, very professional and great customer service all around. I went in 3 sofa shops that day, and Emily is the only person that actually made me feel welcome and took the time (a lot of it) to go through my needs and get the sofa I wanted. Her advice was brilliant and despite being rushed off her feet with customers flooding in, she was patient and stayed cool, calm and collected and closed a deal with me. Thank you Emily!

Wonderful service and excellent customer service was not pushy one bit. I got a free foot stool to go with my 3 seater settee. I had fantastic service and will go back in future. Highly recommended. Bought the settee in May last year 2018
