Went into the Clifton moor branch to choose a replacement flooring. I was greeted by friendly staff, when speaking with Rob deputy manager, he was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. I found the whole experience very pleasant and straightforward, great customer service, lovely atmosphere, thanks to Mark, Rob and team.
