Carphone Warehouse inside Currys

5 stars because there are lots of working demo models in store, including some less common products. These days a lot of the stores in the city just display plastic replicas. No pressure here when you're browsing and the staff seem approachable. I can't say anything about the buying experience, but I think the shop deserves some praise just for the fact that you can try a lot of products that you can't even find elsewhere.

Well, my son needed a new phone. We were served very quickly by a very smiley, knowledgeable young man. He knew the products and the transaction was quick and left us clearly understanding what would happen as the old contract concluded and our new provider took over, thank you Jordan!

Hate this company, they've duped me by £££100's & others too, I'm not alone, I've read other reviews where they've taken our money for phones & contracts but never delivered then continue to have the audacity to bill & harass us. I don't know how to get my £440 back. I'll have to go to Citizens Advice Bureau, Trading Standards & Consumer Rights because they don't want to help put right or take blame for their wrongful, stealthy conduct at the Carphone Warehouse. They might as well be daylight robbers. 1* is too good for them, should be - minus at least 500 for the money they stole & keep from me for absolutely Nothing received from them by way of Zero product or service !

Got what I went for and it was a reasonable price but way too few staff for the amount of customers. Queues everywhere in store for anything you wanted and I went mid day on a Tuesday. Around May/June I remember upgrading my phone here and one of the staff members I talked to told me most of them were being made redundant that month - everyone on that particular shift in fact. It seems they may have cut back staff and not replaced them

Very good. Ben & Jordan were so helpful and no what there talking about, both very pleasant to talk to and answered every question we ask. Will definitely use again.
