This is a nice uncluttered Schuh outlet in the sizeable Monks Cross Shopping Park. As a size 9 shoe-wearer, I was disappointed that this branch only offers Dr Martens footwear up to UK size 8, particularly as there were some cool, more unusual DM designs on display. Prices are markedly higher than online too, but as a physical retail outlet, the layout is clean and clear and although the store is quite modest in size, most major brands are catered for.

Honey was absolutely brilliant. So friendly and helpful was a pleasure shopping here. They also have such a wide range to choose from. Took me ages to decide but with Honey’s help I got a lovely pair of boots. Thank you Honey.

Visited on Sunday in search of a pair of Dc shoes. I was greeted by Alexander a very friendly smiley individual who when called for came to my assistance and showed me the shoes we had in store that would fit me, he then sent me with Liv a very happy cheery person who was more than happy to help and even we will say attempted to lace the trainers while telling me she was looking forward to that evenings staff training. We did finally find a pair of DC for this fussy customer. What I really liked was livs helpfulness and calm banter and the fact Alexander popped back to check I was happy at the end. I'll be back.

A lot of companies pay lip service to customer service but these guys are the real deal. Every visit has been a pleasure - great customer service and nothing is too much trouble for them, even returned goods, which are dealt with quickly and painlessly. Keep up the good work guys!
