Extremely frustrating to cancel an order. I’ve just ordered something and need to cancel it and you have to message a WhatsApp bot and then wait for a team member to respond, surely there’s a better way to do this?

Purchased some Dr Martins for my daughter. The experience was great, the staff left us to look around at our own leisure. Amelia was very helpful and made my daughter feel very comfortable about the problem of having bigger feet than most girls her age. My daughter usually hates shoe shopping because of it but theft the shop smiling. Thank you.
