Convenient for the Italian Gardens and the Cliff Lift which takes you to the South Beach and Spa Complex. The Town Centre can be reached on foot (in about 20 mins) via the Spa footbridge or by car (in 5 – 10 mins) via Valley Bridge. There is a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants within walking distance at nearby Ramshill.

Although annexed to the rear of the owner’s property, the bungalow is completely self-contained with its own access, garden, and private parking space. The path from the parking space is on a gentle incline and there is a ramp to enter the front door - so it is suitable for those with mobility problems and perhaps wheelchair dependent guests. There is a large patio area to front of the property with plenty of space to sit out - garden furniture and barbecue are provided. This area is sheltered and is quite a suntrap in the summer. The spacious accommodation has a comfortable lounge with 2 settees and tv/dvd; to the far end of the lounge is the dining area with table and 6 chairs. The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms lead off a hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances, including a washer/dryer. The bathroom has a bath, electric shower over the bath, wc and washbasin. The first bedroom is a double; the second has 2 standard singles; the third is also a twin room with 1 standard single and 1 slightly narrower single bed. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, reading lamps and bedside cabinets. This ground floor accommodation has been completely refurbished in recent years so décor furnishings, fixtures and fittings are tasteful and of a high modern standard.

All bed linen, heating, hot water included in the tariff. Children are very welcome. 1 pet is welcome (perhaps 2 by arrangement with the owner).

Available all year. Week long bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday. Multiple week bookings are discounted. Low-season, short breaks can begin on any day and can be from 2 – 6 nights.***You can obtain wireless internet access at this property***
