KFC Barnsley - Peel Street

£8.50 for 1/4 of the bowl. About 3 salad leafs and no corn on the cob? What the heck. Don’t bother Considering this and the vegan burger (also pretty bad) is all I could eat. Bloody good job I ordered both which cost me £16ish in total. Without a drink. Without chips (because they’re not vegetarian either) only ordered as a friend wanted it. Won’t bother again 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Tbf the staff are all nice apart from the scruffy looking manger mark who’s always outside smoking then never washing his hands and another team member.. the toilets are a disgrace never clean. Never any coffee on snd if ya lucky they might have some milk to make you a cup of tea … some of the staff are so loud and swear a lot and you can hear them in the restaurant were they are children.oh and be careful if ya park in the car park as you are only allowed 75 mins which sounds a lot but when your disabled or with a family soon goes and end up with a £100 fine .. no we’re to put your registration in so they know your eating in they restaurant.. manger says he will sort in and doesn’t even have the decency to call you back and say you need to appeal it and you find out by chance when you go into the shop …. The fine as since increased due to the manger not letting you know he couldn’t sort it but tbh don’t know why I’m not shocked … never will use again and don’t recommend to anyone it’s not clean

Popped in for quick takeaway. Ordered online for restaurant pick up. Couldn't get into the toilet, door was locked. Waited by counter for a few minutes for food, but decided to try loo again. Still locked. Asked security guars by counter could I use loo. Shirty reply - its only for customers. I said I am! Where's your receipt then? I said ordered online. Did she? he asked the girl who then checked and said yes, so she unlocked it. I have never had to ask to unlock a toilet door in a restaurant or take away before. Nor feel so uncomfortable or have attitude for asking. It wasn't even nice clean, tidy or presentable toilets! Food was really nice, but disappointed with soft drink options.

All the people ranting about this that and the other, there's 2 sides to every story. Most on here trying to get a free meal by whining or complaining because they didn't get a freebie. I personally have never had a problem. Staff are polite, place is clean and food is spot on can't fault it.

Perfect people working there always try to help very kind, nice people. Semone is a very good person where helpful is the best on KFC.
