This was a great venue for playing bingo, having plentiful seating that is comfy to sit back during the games. Tables are appropriately sized to fit one's own belongings as well as the bingo cards, games have a fast paced atmosphere that is fun! Rules are not too clear for what each ticket entails before purchase, staff themselves were friendly though.
I would like to provide a brief review concerning the inadequate management I encountered during my recent visit on Sunday, which is a routine for me. Unfortunately, I overheard Kelli, whom I had previously perceived as pleasant due to our past conversations, speaking condescendingly to her staff in a rather rude manner. This behavior was unprofessional, as I noticed several individuals shaking their heads in disapproval. Overall, while the bingo experience is enjoyable, I strongly suggest that staff members be treated with greater respect!
First time visiting this particular branch and Anne Marie on the welcoming desk really was welcoming. So friendly an attentive. Showed us where everything was an took time to ensure we had a brilliant time. Think she was my good luck charm ❤️
I did give it 3 stars but now i have to downgrade to a 2 stars One of our board went blank and staff didnt care/didnt help. I ordered a chicken basket and they brought it out in a broken basket so i had to ask for a plate. The chicken was really hard to bite and chew. I had the apple, raspberry & rhubarb crumble (lovley pudding) A member of staff didnt notice money on the side of my table for extra and just waked straight passed and i didnt have chance to play. Love the outdoor area, u can puff/smoke whist playing on machine. I wish all buzz bingos had an outdoor area like this one here
Great atmosphere, helpful staff and to top it off both me and my partner both won on our first visit 🙌🏽
