Went with friends prices weren’t too bad for bingo. It wasn’t very busy the staff on bar looked bored and service was slow also a smile when serving would be nice. When been before we always got a lovely welcome on arrival from the lovely lady on front desk but haven’t seen her for a while. We ordered food the hunters chips is always lovely and pizzas but the place needs livening up abit especially most of the staff!
On Wednesday 24th September I came for the evening session of bingo & I know that it was extremely busy. But why does she take it out on me? I come from a different city & I used to love coming to Buzz Bingo Sheffield Parkway But unfortunately after this evening I think I'm going to give this a miss. The attitude tonight from Pat was unacceptable & the way she spoke to me when I came into the slots area in front of other customers was not acceptable & I feel like her attitude towards me was not how you treat a value/loyal customer. (Was this why Sue Left because the way she got treated & the back stabbing)
The rudest service i’ve ever experienced, was my first time visiting and the staff weren’t helpful at all. Wont be returning unfortunately!
I have used buzz bingo slots for sending my parcel. It was quite easy, the system was so self explanaitary and a vast parking area.
Absolutely fantastic night out tonight, if you are keen for a good night out get yourself down to buzz. I have taken a picture from my seat as we were in a group. Lovely staff and wonderful manager.. I wish to take this time to thank all the staff at buzz bingk Sheffield parkway for keeping the club clean and tidy and keep up the good work.. Absolutely beautiful place to play.. I won at bingo.. KEEP UO THE FANTASTIC WORK..
