I come to bingo like once week and the staff are always so lovely and funny and really make the place! Bingo called Bob is hands down my favourite and the best caller there! Toni and Katlyn are the sweetest people and a real credit to the business. The only bingo hall I attend now because it’s the best atmosphere
First time tonight with my mate and elderly father,we are not computer savvy at all but on staffs advice we played the electronic boards, enjoyed it but a little bit stressed because we are new to technology, hopefully will get better with it,staff could not have been more helpful if they had tried they were all so patient and nice,wonderful experience thanks to the staff, only complaint is we didn't win,but there's always next time hehe
Very disappointing. We visited here for the first time this evening. My gaming pad kept logging me out every 5 minutes a member of staff fixed the problem. Apparently Two pads were logged into the same temporary account.. The food was awful and impossible to order at your seat. The prize money was poor there was 82 clubs playing for £20.
Manager and the lass that is like Catherine Tate on reception are a pair of absolute weapons.
