Bannatyne Health Club And Spa

Took my Friend for her Birthday treat, Everything was pretty much what I expected the jacket potato wasn’t the hottest but hey ho! Cake was big enough to share! Probably the biggest regret was the cake Hahhaha!! Was yummy though! 🩷 couldn’t take pictures of the actual spa and pool area but will defo go again, we had a facial both never had one so that was a new experience & Swedish back massage!

We have had the best time today for our spa day, from booking, day before check in and arrival the staff have been organised caring and extremely professional. The spa treatment we had was back and scalp massage and a facial. Absolutely too notch could not fault it. The facilities were well laid out and clean and everyone was welcoming and helpful. Lunch was well organised and hot, freshly made and the staff in the cafe really helpful. Would definitely recommend and go again. Thank you to everyone today my Christmas present treat from last year was excellent and I had the best day. thank you.'

This was our 1st visit to Bannatyne Barnsley. I have been to a Bannatyne club before. We chose this location due to the reviews as we live equal distance to 3 locations. The reception staff were very helpful and explained everything about our spa package. The cafe staff member was friendly and we were served quickly even though it was busy. The breakfast was very good. The pool and surrounding area was clean. The steam room, and relaxation rooms were clean and not too crowded. The lunch was also very good and the cafe staff were very friendly and efficient. The spa treatments were good and the staff were very friendly. We had a walk through the gym which was huge and had a wide variety of machines. This is obviously a very popular health club due to how busy it was. I don't live close enough to be a member but would certainly consider Bannatyne if I joined a club.'

Fantastic massage and facial in the spa , what a wonderful treat for me and my mum , Madi was amazing and professional - she was extremely knowledgable about products to use to help my skin , my mum had Bianca and she was fantastic too . The receptionist Jo was very friendly and spent time chatting to my mum. Will definitely be returning . Fantastic facilities and great staff. Highly recommend :)

Been a member for a year all was good but until few weeks ago the big bright light kept on in pool for all the time now in day light and evening. I thought we should be saving energy now like every where safe the planet thing. Also it's hurts eyes it's to bright and it's looks like you not in luxury spar and jacuzzi like it's had feels before but like in a cheep bathhouse . I'm sorry but If you doing it for safety I don't see it's will help. It's not a nursing home for old people and not primary school . It's a jym where people going to get healthy stay strong and fit or relax after hard day at work or workout at jym . So I think mostly the members and guests all able to see where they are going in the pool area. . We had few conversation with other members and they all was agreed to that the big bright lights is not very members friendly idea . It's lost that luxury touch it's use to have with colorful dimed light in the pool given it nice and relaxing atmosphere.
