Very poor customer service Called in today around 11:30 ( 14/01/26) it appeared there was a problem with the fridges and all I needed was some lactose free milk. All the other milk was out apart from what I needed so I asked a young lady if they had some of the milk in I required and was told that it was all in the back and that she was busy. She just looked at me like it didn’t matter, she made no effort to help in anyway. I was led to believe that Aldi’s slogan is Better Everyday … Better for whom ? Certainly NOT the customer . That member of staff needs some extra training in customer service and manners.

Great location opposite wickes on old mill lane parking is easy lots of it

Pushing prices up a lot now at Aldi, beware. Fresh produce much cheaper and far better quality at Barnsley markets, also at Asda a lot of prices are becoming cheaper for grocery products. Don't become complacent consumers and fall into the trap of thinking because its Aldi, it's good value.

Same as most ALDI, can be slow at opening extra tills sometimes but quality and prices good. Cannot get everything so need to go to other srores

Terrible service tonight (Monday at 8pm). I asked the young male staff member if the aisle was open. He sighed & said "yeah" in a tone that suggested I was a nuisance. He then proceeded to push my goods through ridiculously fast while having a private conversation on his headset. He then told me how much I owed without saying please, I paid and said thank you & he ignored me. No thank you or even a nod. He couldn't have showed more distain for a customer. The staff should remember that customers are keeping them in a job and management should keep a check on these rude, insolent staff members. Customers deserve better.
