B&M Store with Garden Centre

Great place for a bargain. Loads of friendly staff, a couple more tills at busy times would be great but on the whole a decent experience.

It's absolutely wonderful. In my last visit I bought some needful things which I was avoiding bcuz of them being constly but in B&M those items were far more cheaper with good quality.

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful staff...only negative thing to say is, often only one cashier is active, waiting time can sometimes be up to 10 -15 minutes. Otherwise great place ,low prices. Definitely recommend!

I've spend 1000s in b&m this year alone, but the one time I needed to take an item back that was faulty exactly a week later, with the receipt, my exchange request was refused citing "scuffs" on the item, some of this was literally the protective tape on the device and the rest was some kind of sticky residue on the device that WAS NOT there when the item was taken back! The item was brought back to me from the back in the box so I didn't see this residue until I got back home. I raised a complaint and 2 weeks on I'm yet to hear anything from them. Never buy anything electronic or anything with the possibility of going faulty or having to be returned! The "store manager" or so I was told, refused to listen to anything I had to say despite me showing him the "scuffs" coming off as I pull off the tape! He was and probably still is on some kind of power trip!

Been hare 100s of times with no issues, until today when I shopping with my disabled sibling and one of the staff shouted "are you going to pay for that" as I went to get a basket. She didn't apologise for acusing me so publicly or for stereotyping. This was out right rude and disrespectful
