B&M Home Store with Garden Centre

Been in today, and although the store was quite, there was a huge queue on the tills and only one open, there were 3 members of staff wondering about near the tills, they never even attempted to open one, so I asked, and was told bluntly that im tidying the tills up and I haven't started yet, then muttered to another woman saying I wish I wasn't here. I do feel alot of your employees at this store bring it down and possibly really dont want to work there.

However, despite its strengths, the store experiences occasional drawbacks, such as long queue times. With typically only two checkout lanes open, customers may encounter delays, exacerbated by additional transactions for scratch cards and lottery tickets in one of the queues. Despite this inconvenience, B&M remains a reliable option for convenient and affordable shopping.

First time visiting this store, pleasantly surprised to see how big the store is & the huge array of items they had available My main reason of visiting was to look at the garden section, the flowers looked a bit on the wilted side but loved the selection of them. I also bought a garden bed picket fence, which is super cute, they had loads in stock & plenty of other garden bed fences My sister bought a tv stand which we fitted together ourselves (excuse the mess🙈) & it was pretty easy to fit together, took us about an hour or so I could easily spend a lot of money, can’t wait to have another trip here🤣

This B&M Home Store with Garden Centre is the only B&M Home Store I have ever been to which also had a garden centre. I was amazed. What a shop it is too. Amazing range of drinks, second only to Drinks Plus in Cross Gates. Far better value for money than its sister shop B&Q. Cheers love.
