Very helpful staff throughout the store. Good selection of goods and pretty good prices. Also free 1 hour parking at the back of the store

£3.35 for the cheapest gf loaf of bread. Ridiculous, bumped your prices by 50p in the past few months. Hate when I'm forced to shop his prices are getting silly. Can't wait till they close and hopefully asda replaces this shop.

Bring back the old co-op whre every visit was a pleasure with real bargains to be had and cheery staff. Store after 'rebuild' looks nice but most items unaffordable with outrageous prices. We are repaying for the cost of newbuild ! Markdown foodstuff frquently e.g.fruit + veg with rotten areas and minuscule pence off. Its an insult for those with lower incomes! Staff appear tired with few instances of any smiles or good vibes in their jobs. When you do experience an exception to the new 'norm', it reaĺly shows the difference of then and now. Co-op now is an expensive convience shop basically for those that have more money than sense re spending. Its sad as theres no sense of community with the 'new makeover store and outrageous prices'that appeared with re-opening. Bedale Co-op was my first to go to shop. Now its the only if really I have to knowing wont be buying the majority of items. Will get my shopping at other stores with resonable prices, good bargains and happy to be there staff. Enjoy your pretty store owners, I will only be paying for that with pence not pounds re convience of need. I was someone who always recommended others to shop there with quality and savings but sadly cant do so now.

Right in the middle of Bedale, you can park easily in the spaces off the main road (one of those discs required in certain times). Quite deceptively large store which is well stocked for both quick and weekly shop.
