Had an absolutely amazing experience here with my partner twice. Servers lovely and food took a little longer than usual but gave us drinks and desert on the house and we didnt even notice it had been that long of a wait! Beth was our server she was absolutely lovely and the floor manager aswell. Will definatly return! :)
Jennifer was great and the food was lovely. I have previously been to TGIs in Castleford Xscape but I’ve made sure to never go again to that one as the service and food started just being awful. I thought I’d give TGIs another chance at White Rose and what a difference. Everyone is lovely and the food is so much better :))
Brilliant service. Waiter was friendly, checked in to make sure everything was ok. Took notice when run out of drinks so you didn’t have to chase anyone for another drink. Quick service. Reasonable priced. Portions are massive. To big for me to stomach my meal but just because I didn’t finish it all doesn’t mean it wasn’t nice as food was lovely. Definitely return here.
Tried this place after years, what a disappointment, totally gone down hill, it was not much of an atmosphere, it was freezing inside with temporary heaters dotted about. The toilets were ice cold and dark with very poor lighting and freezing cold water. But worst of all was the food, they couldn't get the steak right, they did try to correct it but it still wasn't right, couldn't seem to cook it medium only well done. The chips tasted disgusting like dirty oil really bad we couldn't eat them, the corn and salad served with the meal was old not as fresh as it should be. There were young chefs messing about in the open kitchen, there seemed to have a large amount of staff on with hardly any customers but still food including ours sat waiting for ages on the hot plate. Never again not worth the money for substandard frozen junk food.
Saturday evening meal, served by Alexa Table straight away, drinks sorted quickly & checked if & when we were ready to order. Not waiting long for our meal…. Great time
