We had a wonderful experience dining here! Our server, Fran, was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and full of great suggestions. She recommended a dessert that we absolutely loved! The food was delicious and well-prepared, but we did feel it was a bit overpriced compared to similar restaurants. It was also a little loud, likely due to a nearby birthday party, but that’s understandable. Overall, we really enjoyed the service and the food, but given the pricing, we're not sure if we’ll be back.
Had an amazing time at TGI Fridays in Teesside Park! From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The atmosphere was lively without being too loud, and the décor had that fun, classic TGI vibe. We ordered a mix of appetizers and mains, and everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The Jack Daniel’s sesame chicken strips were a standout—perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Cocktails were also spot-on and beautifully presented. Our server Donna went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, and the whole team seemed genuinely happy to be there. It made a big difference. Will absolutely be coming back!
Very understaffed but our server Jacob went over and above ..long wait for food because of staffing.. we would return. Food was lovely!
Honestly, I hate fast food joints. This TGIF has been at Teeside Park for 20 years I reckon. Last time I came I remember feeling sick to my stomach, and that was about 13 years ago. But guess what. I brought my wife and little son and daughter here after a hectic day shopping and it was...really good. We were seated quickly. The waitress brought multiple colouring pages and crayons for the kids before we even asked. We ordered drinks and then before the drinks arrived the waitress turned up again with balloon animals...just as the lure of the colouring in had depleted. I swear she had an intuition for the attention span of the kids. Anyway the food arrived. We had ribs (baby back pork with house glaze) and genuinely they were decent. If you read my other reviews you'll know I'm a total BBQ smoked food snob. Now these ribs weren't smoked. But they were slow cooked and tender, juicy and tasty and the glaze was flavourful rather than sickly sweet. And all the sides hit the right notes. Fries crispy and well seasoned. Small salad crunchy and fresh with slaw that was house made or really good bought in. Onion rings crispy and fresh. Corn that was in "rib style" was excellent. And the service was quick, attentive, brisk but not impolite and always friendly. I wanted to hate this place like I had done for years, but I said to my wife (through gritted teeth) "I can't find anything to complain about". Even the atmosphere and decor was suitable and music enjoyable but not too loud. I'll give it another chance if I'm at Teeside Park again soon.
My first visit to Tgi Fridays, warm atmosphere with cool vibe, the staff were polite, tried kajun chicken pasta, chicken wings. The food was delicious and okay not so great. Couldnt get the spot which i need to be seated near the window as the section is closed. I personally felt expensive.
