Excellent shop, staff were polite & very friendly & helpful in finding required items (1st time using this Iceland's) will definitely go back
Good evening everyone, today I was doing shopping at this shop at Iceland and my 1 year toddler son in his pram sitting and this manager was so rude to my toddler. today she said to my 1 year toddler to shup up to shut his mouth she was very rude not even had respect to her customers she was shattered at my son am never ever going to shop there I never had in my life this a manager is saying to my kids this am not happy about this manager and even she was a women I honestly didn’t think that in a shop they can treated people or kids like that very disgusting about it 🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
I always gave Iceland a good review but just lately they have failed to impress me. They've stopped in-store deliveries, you have to shop online. Not everyone has the means to do this. The prices have really gone up but the weights and quality of their products have gone down. For eg Coffee Mate was £4.50 for 1kg it is now £5.25 for 800g. 😭
Useful local branch of Iceland supermarket. Good selection and Iceland food is delicious and great VFM. The store is clean, bright, well-stocked and the free delivery is a huge help if like me you're disabled and / or don't drive. I've always found the staff helpful and friendly, and whilst there is visible security (sadly necessary given some of the social problems in our community) I've never found them intrusive or been made to feel uncomfortable. However I could *really* do without the Slimming World advertising all over baskets and trolleys. This is a very problematic company that profits handsomely from people's insecurities about their weight and has been proven to have little success in terms of sustainable weight loss - they were also involved in giving a huge donation to Cancer Research in return for a scaremongering anti-obesity campaign that was based on cherry-picked and unreliable data.
Decent prices for branded goods. Only downside is no parking for the supermarket, you can park behind but if you have lots of shopping it's hard to get it to your car but than you can Get delivery
