Will not be using this store again, l was given a 10% voucher during my visit before Christmas, handed the voucher over today and the young girl on the till scanned the voucher and said it was showing that it had already been used but l pointed out that when you use these vouchers you take the voucher of the customer so she pressed the bell over and over again the que was building and then another young girl opened another till eventually 10 minutes or more and this young lady said there was nothing they could do has they could not override this, feeling like a bit of a twit for holding people up and the none existing customer service, l worked myself at a Iceland store in Rugby but can honestly say I would not leave customers hanging around and would do my best to help the customers. Never again would they make a fool of me and all l can say is thank God there was no emergency for the young till girl has she would be ringing that bell for ever and ever.

I had an order due to be delivered at 10am to 12 today still waiting at 2.30pm rang store numerous times no answer rang customer services to be told by a very rude member of staff JAMES at customer services told me at 12 delivery driver was 3 stops away called back at 1pm driver still 3 stops away but 2.30 still no show I will never again do an online order disgusting totally unacceptable I expect better service than this.

Absolutely shocking service!! Can't get through on the phone to them currently have a case with them from previous orders due to not turning up at all,missing items,freezer food arriving defrosted. Promised orders will arrive and there's been an incident at the warehouse still waiting days later!! It's absolutely disgusting behaviour when you can't get out to the shop and have children to feed!!
