M&S Foodhall

Just want to say thank you to all the incredible staff working today on Christmas Eve 2025. What a great team you all are. I was early for my food pick up and another member of the public was extremely rude to me about being early, I was rendered speechless. But the M&S staff were so kind and apologised for how rude she was even though it absolutely wasn’t their fault. And just made me feel loads better. What kind wonderful staff.

Everything we needed was in stock. Store seemed clean and tidy and till queues were minimal. Didn't appreciate paying to park to go food shopping , cant think of anywhere else this is needed. Also car parking spaces are tiny living me concerned about my vehicle while I was shopping

I usually shop in M&S daily, as it’s a short walk for me, so food is in my fridge within 20 minutes. The Salad items are often unusable well before their date, too late to return the items before they close, so I end up throwing away food. Milk is frequently curdled, on opening well before the use by date. When I recently returned food that was inedible I was confronted with a very rude hostile reaction from one female cashier. With the exception of two very unpleasant female staff, most are very helpful. Overall the quality of the food has deteriorated over the past few years.

Excellent shop for food as it has different kind of fruit that only M&S have, such as envy apple. I like it 👍😄 I like the shop's atmosphere. It makes me feel comfortable walking around the shop. The staff are kind and helpful 😍

The older lady with short hair and glasses who works on the self checkouts seriously needs some lessons on manners and customer service. I regularly use this store and every single time she has been incredibly rude and abrupt. Talk about service with a smile. Was speaking to another customer on the checkout next to me and she also said everytime she’s come in she’s been rude with her also!! Management needs to seriously have some words with her!!
