A special thank you to Molly who helped me a few nights ago. She immediately stopped what she was doing, helped with a stock search for a pie that wasn't on display, found out it was in store and left what she was doing to locate it for me as I continued to shop. My wife was delighted I'd got her first request for dinner thanks to Molly who was very helpful and a credit to M&S in Dover.
4 Stars. Because they should do more to cover the bakery products! They are so exposed. All in all, quite good 👍🏾

Good quality stock and friendly staff. A welcome break from a trip.
Very smooth shopping no hustle everything is fresh and the place is extremely clean
