M&S Foodhall

Love shopping here mainly because the parking is the best. The store itself is clean and well laid out, and contrary to belief its not as expensive as some of the larger supermarkets. It's fresh produce always looks...fresh...and I like I can buy small packets of veg just for one person save me wasting any. There is a good variety of produce...and I gave it 4 stars just because I wish the store was bigger. It obviously doesn't sell everything a larger M&S does, but if I'm really desperate for extra specialities I can find a larger store.On a day to day basis, I'm quite satisfied here, anx the staff are friendly anx helpful.

Love M & S food on the whole but lately dates seem shorter on some foods, could only find a fruity coleslaw BB date of next day and same for another salad mixer. But the grapes and potatoes were excellent quality, no marks on spuds

Unhelpful member of staff could not be bothered/refused to facilitate slicing a loaf of bread 30 minutes before the store closed despite numerous staff being around. Premium prices, non-existent service.

Bought a ready cooked chicken from this store , it went in the bin , pink slimey chicken , not cooked properly and a food poisoning risk , £7.50 wasted , as a regular customer i am disgusted and will not be buying produce from this store again .

10/10 for the Norton team. I was really worried with the cyber attack that my wedding cake wouldn't arrive. The food time made my order a priority and the order was there in store this morning as promised. The team at Norton were lovely in making sure I had everything I needed. Absolutely outstanding customer service.
