Purchased Samsung tab 2 from store. Does not connect to the Internet does not allow access to Google play will not update. Was told when returned the price is because not all functions work. If you sell a tablet with a description that depicts its usable then ensure its usable to its specification. It's like selling an oven that doesn't heat up. Only given credit note despite returned after 1 hour. Absolute disgrace reported to trading standards. Description pulled from website enjoy everything the Web has to offer............... all cex want to do is exploit more money from people.

Tried to use this branch and quickly regretted it..After years of been a customer of CEX mainly hull branches it was very disappointing with the attitude of the staff in beverley very ignorant and aggressive towards customers i was informed to take my “drop & go” order to beverley but they refused and told me leave and take my items with me..

Great place to buy dvd's. Always a wide choice. I call in occasionally on the off chance to check out the si fi dvd's. I have never sold anything so I can't say what that experience is like but the staff are always friendly and helpful.

As a wheelchair user. This shop is inaccessible - a simple ramp would suffice. The disinterest of the staff was clear and not even an offer to bring things to the door. - reasonable adjustments NOT made or cared about at this store. Your lost profit. 🤷‍♀️

Always seems to have what I need, a unique little place, I think it would be even better if it was just slightly bigger at the back. But I've got used to the narrow elongated set up. It provides the service, staff are always helpful and straightforward, able to answer all queries and are knowledgeable. Pretty much all you need!
