Thought we would pop in here with our baby before doing some shopping for a spot of lunch, what a mistake that was. Firstly when we went to order we were informed by the member of staff on the till there was a limited menu. She then showed us what was avaliable. I can count on one hand what was avaliable. We thought that's fine we will make do as our baby needed feeding. Secondly while we were waiting for our food. Food that we got told was unavailable started to come out the kitchen and continued to do so after we received ours. Finally when our food did come there were items missing, when mentioned to a member of staff we got accused of eating it as they said came out. Never again.
Stopped off for breakfast during homeward trip from Scotland. The breakfast was good, could have been a bit hotter though but still very edible. Good choice of drinks as well. Great price too, beats paying motorway service prices.
Pro's: Decent portions, breakfast was cooked well overall, very tasty xx Con's: Had to dig around in the cutlery tray for clean cutlery that didn't have food on it 🤮. I ordered the full breakfast and it came with bacon missing. My friends poched egg was boiled to an inch of its life and was rock hard and a funny colour when cut into Ordered 4 drinks, got 3. First member of staff was funny about it, second sorted it for us x
Popped in to do some shopping and decided to get 2 breakfasts. Firstly the cafe is filthy! Disgusting! The first breakfast brought out was vile....bacon was still running it was raw! Fat dripping off the deep fried sausage! Eggs over cooked. Sent back and ordered jacket spuds! Can anything go wrong with that?????!!!
The place was absolutely filthy, chips, bacon, bread crumbs all over the tables and floors. We waited 20 for food and it was cold, someone ordered poached eggs but got hard boiled. The person who delivered food was picking her nose just before food was delivered. Do not eat here..it is fine just for a cuppa.
