Went to return my asda george parcel on Saturday morning. My QR code wasn't working. I called for assistance. A lady called maureen came to my assistance and taught me a different way to use the machine if the QR code fails to scan. She stayed with me until I had placed the return sticker on parcel and dropped back into the returns box. Thank you maureen for your assistance.
90% of staffs from this store are incompetent... never happy to help, always belittling things like it's nothing when it's their faults, and when asking them a question about something to do with asda products or something to do with app or etc.... they seem never happy to help or the way they talk to you like they work for free...!! Their costumer services is below standards 🙄 absolutely below zero they don't even deserve a ZERO...!!! It happened a few times now NOT just once, absolutely garbage run store by Asda managements no liability whatsoever, costumer services needs to improve big time, I could run the store better with my eyes blind folded 💯
BAG MAFIA!... Frustrating experience at this store. The staff seem more focused on controlling the handout of carrier bags than serving customers efficiently, which slows down checkout and leaves shoppers frustrated. I’ve visited many stores across the UK, and this level of micromanagement over something as simple as a bag is unnecessary and unprofessional. surely local folks visiting this store can't all not be paying for them bags?... even the security guard is involved in handing out bags?... Staff should prioritise smooth service, not policing everyday courtesies.
Asda here at cemetery road have a 24 hours open supermarket. It's one of largest grocery store in Bradford with wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, electronics, and more, at competitive prices. All the sections are nicely arranged. There is automatic self check out and other billings counters. Store offers huge parking and there is Asda petrol station at entrance.
Good staff and variety here at this asda especially the security who helps on check outs at times ... fab service
