Staff were good. Unfortunately food was not that good compared to other Nando’s. We had ordered liver and it was over cooked on one side and sauce was quite thin and chips were not crispy and rice became rubbery with in few minutes. There was only one Chef and probably not experienced enough/stressed.
We have been to Nandos multiple times and have always been served by the lovely Bali. She was kind, attentive and very polite. She is nothing but outstanding and her consistent kindness and willingness to help her customers is always appreciated. Today we were also served by Hamza who was just as polite and served us very quickly. Both are a credit to your team and need promoting ASAP :)
Visited today with work staff and hospitality was on point. Was a little time issue but staff were more than happy to wait for us to order together. Seated really quickly and food came within 10 mins for 8 of us. Really enjoyed the halloumi sticks with chili jam! Really good portions as you feel full quick and tasty food - compliments to Bali, very kind and perfect service!
The food is good, the place is ok, lots of people come and leave (a bit noisy). Overall a good place to go. The welcome and placing is great ! Be careful if you're alone to mark you're still on your table eating your meal because the staff is too fast (and not really watching who's doing what) and is able to prevent you from finishing your meal to clean the table and remove everything 😳 (if you go to toilet or refill your glass 15sec is enough).
Had a meal with family and was served by Yusuf. Excellent service and made us feel at ease and comfortable when it was quite busy. Told us to take our time and no rush. Subsequently we didn’t have to wait too long for our food aswell. Whole family enjoyed the meal out and the service provided. Smiles all round through the meal. Would highly recommend. Service and food was 10/10.
