Recruitment Consultant Driving Division
<p>Our client is a highly successful and fast growing recruitment business with an established reputation within the temporary staffing market. With a strong operational structure, ambitious growth plans and a genuine investment in their people, they are now looking to hire two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their expanding team in Bradford.</p> <p>With a strong team already in place and further growth planned over the coming months, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business offering real autonomy, career progression and strong earning potential within a supportive, team driven environment.</p> <p>This opportunity would suit recruiters from any fast paced temp recruitment background. Sector experience is far less important than attitude, resilience, adaptability and a genuine desire to succeed within a busy service-led environment.</p> <p>The Role:</p> <p>• Managing and developing temporary recruitment desks across allocated territories</p> <p>• Full 360 recruitment role including candidate management, client servicing and business development</p> <p>• Building long-term client relationships through high service levels</p> <p>• Managing high-volume temporary staffing requirements</p> <p>• Candidate sourcing, interviewing, compliance and bookings management</p> <p>• Out-of-hours on-call support on a rota basis (1 in every 4 weeks)</p> <p>• Working closely with an internal Business Development specialist who supports new client generation</p> <p>About You:</p> <p>• Previous experience within recruitment is essential</p> <p>• Temps recruitment experience highly desirable</p> <p>• Must be resilient, adaptable and commercially driven</p> <p>• Strong communication and relationship-building skills</p> <p>• Comfortable working within a fast-paced operational environment</p> <p>• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude</p> <p>• Full UK driving licence required due to office location and territory coverage</p> <p>What’s On Offer:</p> <p>• Basic salary circa £35k+ depending on experience</p> <p>• Uncapped commission structure</p> <p>• Excellent earning potential</p> <p>• Genuine progression opportunities as the business expands</p> <p>• Established operational support and infrastructure</p> <p>• Strong team culture and collaborative environment</p> <p>For context on earnings:</p> <p>200 shifts filled in a week could generate approximately £800 commission for that week alone.</p> <p>Uncapped.
