I recently visited the store (Bradford Sticker Lane) to purchase a suitcase. A lovely lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) was incredibly helpful, she assisted me with placing a click and collect order, and her customer service was excellent. However, before speaking with her, I approached an older gentleman who was working at the back of the store near the beds, close to where the suitcases are displayed. I asked if they had any additional stock of a particular suitcase, and his response was shockingly rude and dismissive. He showed no interest in helping and came across as completely unprofessional. What made the experience worse was that just moments earlier, I saw him kindly assisting an older couple with a similar query. The difference in how he treated us compared to them felt clearly discriminatory. His behaviour came across as blatantly racist, which was both upsetting and unacceptable. There is absolutely no need for that kind of attitude especially in a customer facing role. We’re spending our hard earned money in this store, and experiences like this make customers feel unwelcome and disrespected. It was a disappointing visit that left a very negative impression.
Was enquiring about an item and it looked like the guy probably the evening shop manager didn't want to help at all. He was awkward and portrayed the same while we were asking questions regarding an item and was saying everything was online. Why the hell did we come to the outlet.
They sent me an email to collect my Christmas order. They sold my items and kept sending me cancellation emails throughout the day for each item.
Bought multiple items including one at £4. Lady at till offered e receipt. Luckily my wife checked it as we were driving home, the £4 item was charged at £16. Went back to query and was told sticker wrong, its the higher price. So my question, when the lady scanned it with a highly visible £4 sticker and it came up at £16, why didn't she tell us? Shop carefully and check your receipts, insist on a printed till receipt as well.
This place is useful for homeware decor. Would recommend most regular fellas to visit
