There was no toilet roll, the bin was full and the hand dryer was not working in the disabled toilets. The tables were dirty in the cafe, the food was served piled up on one plate rather than serving the toast and butter on a side plate, no napkins either. The breakfast was very nice. I've given an extra star for the young girl who appeared to be running the entire cafe on her own, the other staff were far too busy preoccupied with the overpriced meal deals when they should have been prioritising customer service and hygiene.

I ordered from the store using uber eats, the items I received were short dated expiring on the day of delivery. As part of my order I purchased yogurt pouches which were nearly 2 weeks out of date!!! Ordering through uber eats isn’t an opportunity for the store to get rid of stock which should be wasted, won’t be shopping in the store again or ordering via uber eats.

Always a poor shopping experience here. Staff non existent, any you do see look miserable. Barely any tills open & have to wait for everything such as tills, market counter, help with an item as there is no staff. I try to avoid this place as much as possible. Forced to use self scan and 1 person running it leaving you stood there for ages.

Went in Monday 22/09/2025 All bad points 1 Staff lookes emotional drained short staff 2 Tills were busy only 2 tills we're open as main checkouts . 3 no bags on self scan area looked for help no help 4 randomly I got pushed on selfscan by one of the workers on self scan .she was so stress she literally barging and pushing . I kept my cool and didn't take it personally could I could see staff are getting over worked After all this I thought forget it I wont make a and issue or complaint Today I decided to order on uber and order bulk buy items for next couple of days I ordered 4 milks with on 2 days date on it Bread was bought full price and they sent me reduce bread with a little hole in it . Am very shocked with morrison service its all gone down hill

The staff here are very rude and lazy. They only took two cases of ferro Rocher and They spent half an hour on it and they talk a lot. They have old women sitting at the counter. They don't know how to talk to customers. Please teach them to be polite.I'm really looking at the customers standing in line and making faces. I don't know how you people hired people.If you want to see customer service, then I advise you, I myself work in a salesman's , go to Aldi, see their customer service, it's the best in the UK They serve customers very quickly, they talk less and do more work. On the other hand, your people talk more and do less work.not happy
