I visited Cash Generators in Bradford and was served by Cameron, who was very professional and helpful. He explained everything really clearly and patiently, which I really appreciated as someone with AuDHD. Aaqib was also very friendly and welcoming — both of them made the whole experience much easier for me. Honestly, I think I prefer this store to Cash Converters. The customer service here is excellent. While I was being served, Tracy walked in with a big smile on her face, which really gave me the impression that this is not only a great work environment but also a very positive place for customers. Would definitely recommend — 10/10 customer service!
Me and my husband visited the store after moving from Halifax. This store is far better, customer service was second to none. We were dealt with by a lovely lady called Karen she couldn't of been more helpful and friendly. Store is well presented, clean and tidy.
