Guy with top not served us, was not very helpful when I asked about vegan pizzas in a smaller size and said he was surprised they even do them. The place was dead and he wasn't in site. The phone rang, he walked past it and let it ring. I waited till I could see him and asked if he could fill my child's water bottle with fresh water. He said they don't have drinking water. Isn't that illegal for their staff? Won't be returning.
After completing a massive walk along the coastal path from North Landing, Flamborough to Bridlington sustenance was needed and my mind was wanting a big greasy pizza. I ordered pizza for collection as I was nearing the end and it was ready just in time. It was delicious and hot! A large pepperoni pizza was consumed in record time. No problems at all, wasn't planning on sitting in but there was plenty of empty spaces so why not!
we experienced the worst customer service. We ordered one wrap mix box with 2 coc and they billed for pizza mix box and only 1 coc and it was 8 pounds extra from what we have to pay. They offered refund but as per them it will take 4 or 5 days. The staff was not well received . Very bad experience 🙁
Ordered delivery from here last night two sides and cookies the cookies were ok but the rest of the food was inedible and went straight in the bin garbage don’t bother wasting your money here
TLDR: Don't bother, go to an independent place instead Placed an order close to closing time, but it gets accepted. I'd have been fine if they called me and said they couldn't do it. Instead I am forced to wait for hours, with no communication from the driver or the restaurant, past closing, with no food in sight. I still don't have it, and there's no excuse. If you accept an order, it's on you to deliver it.
