Ordered from the app, which is well laid out. Like the process of showing what stage your order is at, but our order was Luke warm and the app told us it was still in the oven so clearly some human error here. We had a half & half pizza but annoyingly my half was incorrect, requested no onions and an extra of pineapple. This was ignored, onions added and no pineapple in sight. We ordered a side of chicken wings and they were small but tasted great (but due to tiny size not worth the money).

We had a very disappointing experience with Domino’s Driffield recently. We placed and paid for a delivery order, but after waiting over an hour with no updates or communication, we had to call the store ourselves. When my partner spoke to the staff member, we were told that the driver had already been and gone, our food had been returned to the store, and that no refund was available. We received no phone call or notification at any point to let us know the driver had attempted delivery. My partner had actually been waiting outside for about 20 minutes while the app showed the order as still “out for delivery.” We eventually had to drive to the store to collect our order ourselves. When we arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and we were informed that our food had been on “hot hold,” though it was cold by the time we received it. Overall, this was a very poor experience in both service and communication. We hope management will review their delivery and customer service processes to prevent similar issues in the future.

We’ve struggled at times with Dominos Driffield with inconsistent quality food, a very late delivery, and recently a cold delivery with soggy over-cheesed nachos, but we thought give them another try and this time collect. Never again, tiny portions sizes (about half usual size) of burnt nachos and greasy over cooked pizza

Ordered take away just past 6pm. App said delivery in 20 to 30 minutes. It took 80 minutes and the pizza was cold and needed heating back up. Far far below standards

Our Last pizza was slightly overdone, the crust was too crispy and we had trouble finishing it. This is the only time this has been the case. However we always appreciate the service and ease of ordering. We find the loyalty bonus of a free medium pizza curious as we would have to pay full price and be out if pocket to qualify.
